No they are vulnerable to manipulation. That's the entire point. Even actual in person ballots are vulnerable to manipulation, but at least less so. You don't vote by telepathy into a magic 100% corruption-proof computer; human beings with all their flaws and biases are involved.

Yeah, I know these names. One is a loose affiliation of anti-fascist groups, the other is a civil rights movement. Neither are terrorist organisations... Would you care to mention some terrorist incidents they have been proven to be involved in?

Archeology goes to the hard drives.. doesn't sound too thrilling does it. We do that now with EQ.

He defines the area involved as "the West" but seems to exclude countries in the southern hemisphere like Peru or Colombia while likely including Australia and New Zealand. The only terrorist threat to the West then comes from Islamic fanatics. Any other sources are not statistically significant. Like if you compare the amateur militia guy in Iowa and the dirty antifa rat in Portland, those guys don't even exist in the same universe as our Islamic friends. It's like if you're standing in front of a sequoia and debating which blade of grass is bigger.

The chances of you being killed or harmed in an Islamic-inspired terror incident can be measured and quantified, you can probably find that on the list alongside odds of lighting strikes and getting run over by a train.

The chances of you being harmed by a right-militia or an antifa cell are zero. I mean of course not zero, but zero. Like two different shades of zero. Still zero practically.
