Some were worried that some of the plans would later, through no means of anyone involved making the important choices, somehow be used to eat away at individual rights.

As far as taxing it with all the rules and regulations that must go in, I would think the only benefit would be getting your state out of debt, not further into it. Giving it all a bad name and only reinforcing the stereotype of hippy dippy potheads, another way of saying irresponsible people.

I mean literally shocked. There are so many old people just searching for any cure what ails them. Oils, boils and toils, crystals and magic, whatever. CBD is just another miracle cure, and so is the weed. And the marijuana business lobby is just pushing and pushing it round here as this reputable medical business. Medical!

The potheads don't want legal weed. Or rather they're pretty ambivalent. All the anecdotal stories I hear is the public weed is less potent and more expensive, and also they miss the social component. In a store you're in and out, but when you get your weed you hang out.
