What I'm suggesting is that one person was in charge of buying pens for the whole state election effort because why would you have a whole team of people in charge of stationery?

That one person then delivered 100 packages of ink pens to these districts and 100 packages of sharpies to the other districts. The poll workers opened the packages they were given and that was that.

My conspiracy theory is not even a conspiracy because I'm suggesting this could have been done by one person acting alone.

Surely the real difference is that conservatives try to segregate and discriminate against people based on the colour of their skin, religious beliefs or sexual preferences whereas leftists try to discriminate against people based on their actions.
