Actually, I run a 3.5 edition game that is set in the world of Norrath. I had an initial campaign on Faydwer that lasted about 6 months with 10 players, then a second campaign on Antonica that we're playing currently with 4-5 players.
It's a pretty cool way to introduce people to the world we know and love so well. Small NPCs like Boomba the Big hocking his halfling pickles, and zones like Kithicor Forest are an awesome thing for people who don't have experience with Norrath. It really allows me to share my love with my players. Plus, this emulator server makes for an awesome way for players to go run around in the world and see a virtual representation of the events and locations that I'm talking about.
