competition can happen without the trains / toxicity

trains happen because guilds skip content by kiting mobs and when they lose the FTE race, they just release the kited mobs, who path back and train the guild who won the FTE.

make some additional rules :
-skiping/kiting illegal if another guild is in the area,
-first FTE message gives other guilds a 30 minutes lockout where they are not allowed to engage the FTE'd boss.

For that purpose, give the FTE messages on a boss a 30 minutes cooldown.

with these simple rules there will be no trains, no leapfrogging, and those two points alone will reduce 90% of the toxicity while maintaining a competitive environment.
