Oh. I thought it was behavior that is specifically against the rules. That's pretty insane huh? I blame our parents.

Like all my life I thought mischief directly equals rules being broken. Like vandalism. Spray painting stuff, breaking a window, that's mischief to me. Not a real crime, just mischief-level. I mean I don't know, both states where I live have criminal mischief on the books as a real offense, and the word mischief is right there and you're going to need a lawyer.

Well prostitution is usually considered a disorderly persons offense, still breaking the rules. But if you're talking about making pornography, that's perfectly legal under 1A. You can totally pay a woman to have sex with you as long as you can document you're filming it to show it to an audience other than you. So no mischief there, just a guy in a fedora pumping away while his fat friend films thinking he's next but they only paid for one.
