Leveling tips for 40+

Hello! Im currently at PAW, closing in on level 40.
And was wondering if people had some tips for good leveling spots starting at 40 or so?

Don't die,
Don't take stupid risks,
Always have SoW on and/ or always be sure you know the way to the zoneline even under stress (low hp, couple mobs chasing you) in a dungeon
