Warrior "Bind Wound" skill cap for Green
My friend is playing a Half-Elf Warrior and is trying to max out his "Bind Wound" skill. He is currently at lvl. 24 and we play on the Green server.
He jumps off from high places and then heals himself to 50% using summoned bandages. He recently got the Bind Wound skill to 100. Since then, however, he has gone through several stacks of summoned bandages without a skill-up. According to the wiki, the pre-50 cap is 175. Does he have to wait till Kunark for this pre-50 cap to take effect? Is the skill cap for Bind Wound 100 at this point in the time line?

It’s 5 + (lvl x 5) I believe, but some classes cap at 100 until lvl 50.

Bind wound cap of 100 on warriors until level 50 most of the way through Kunark.

So what would the post-50 cap be for the Bind Wound skill be during this time period?

Yeah, initially it scales to 210 from 100 50 to 60, but eventually the skill up transitions more smoothly at or near velious (meaning skill ups between 20 and 50).
