Hmm its kind of a catch 22 becasue the point of a horror movie is to be horrible.

When they try to be serious then its like whops, you just made cinima of the unsettling.

It follows is a master-peace imo it captures this insane vibe that I believe is what horror is all about.

Cabin in the woods is a masterpeace unlike any other movie, and yet the ultimate homage to american horror!

I dont like americanal folklore horror though, that is like, twisted carnival themed, clowns and all like, that american mcgee alice and wonderland look.

I like the sunset laden 1970s firebirds and bloody axes american horror.

But to me a movie is good if it introduces a bunch of characters, then kills them 1 by 1.
