there is no way he will be convicted. Too much video evidence and pictures showing that he was defending himself. Dead guy number 1 threw a molotov cocktail and then suicide charged. Dead guy number 2 bashed our shooter in the head with a skateboard, and then tried to steal our shooters gun. Arm-Shot guy had a pistol out and charged our downed shooter, but took one in the arm (very nasty). After all this our shooter turned himself into the police.

The biggest issue I see, which falls more to the parents. Is why was the kid out there with illegal possessions of a firearm? (Probably why the murder 1 charge cuz felony)

I get it patriotism n stufff...

But this is like the worst time to allow ur 17yr old minors to be going to riots. For like maybe civics or something.

The parents definitely endangered their child.

It's not illegal to open carry in Wisconsin at 17. And i don't know what crack you are smoking but his theoretical parents were more likely to have saved his life then endangered it.

I don't think it's the issue of open carrying. He's from Illinois, the gun i guess was from Illinois. So shouldn't have been in Wisconsin and people are mad about the gun model not being an old fashioned hunting rifle.
