error on logging into a server.. any server

when i get to the server select and choose ANY server the message I get is..

The instruction at 0x0000000010001C6B referenced memory at 0x000000000000018.
The memory could not be read.

This is a fresh install of the game after getting the same message earlier.

I had installed winEQ to help with full screen mode . I uninstalled winEQ after getting that error and did a fresh install of the game and patch files.. still getting the error.
what do I do now?
