Ranged procs didnt exist in classic

also 6 str 6 dex better then 1 dmg because it benefits melee

Runed Oak Bow is also 2 delay faster. Also Runed Oak Bow is so cheap that even if you get Rain Caller as a stat item for dungeon fashion (I did) you keep the ROB bagged to swap in if you're actually trying to hurt things with arrows.

Come Kunark, the Idol of the Thorned is superior to Rain Caller as a ranged stat item when you're not shooting things and the ROB is superior when you are shooting things.

With Tolan's wrist and/or a willing Magician in group the 200 range on Rain Caller does complement the 0 range summoned arrows nicely. But when 100 range is adequate the ROB is still better, so I don't expect to bin my Ranger's ROB even once I've got a Tolan's wrist.
