that's a cute and optimistic narrative. i get that people have to believe that the incompetent people they put into power will do the "best" they can.

i don't hate florida, nor am i mad. florida-man is a real thing so i'm sure people all over the world know what a cesspool the state is. if anything, it is entertaining to me watching all this.

All the studies also show that washing hands regularly and thoroughly also help.....yet that's been forgotten. Studies also show that social distancing needs to happen which just like hand washing isn't happening.

If the media and public health officials gave equal weight to masks, hand washing and distancing I'd be more on board with it. However it's very easy to say hand washing isn't happening and social distancing hasn't been a thing for awhile.
