Medris game guide suspended me for asking questions

Asking why i was having my name changed is not spam if he would just answer in a way i could understand then it wouldnt have been an issue he came in all God like and just did what ever not asking me a word about the name or where is came from and what i meant. I am hurt that it was deemed sexual due to the way it came about....So yea Game guides have all the power and if you question it they suspend you!
