No it is all good, I will find some one to unload bone chips to, nice way or with force LMAO!

And I started to see some life too, two lvl3 players, nice, and Elvma (from Kitties) come by and buffed us all up. Thank you, Elvma! She offered money too, but I was not going to be greedy, so I politely refused it. Crushbone on green is constantly crowded. I will probably have easiest harvesting time on Blue. (in a month or three lol)
If I could give you one bit of advice, take the money or any other items/assistance offered by high level players. It's not being greedy (as long as you thank them). Like everyone has basically said, at low levels on your first character, it's hard to get money. We all know that and that's likely why they offered.

I remember when i first started out, a kind person giving me a Black Alloy Longsword and 50 plat was game changing. To that person giving you the gift, it's generally nothing. It may seem like a large sum of money to you but when folks are out there paying tens or hundreds of thousands of plat for high end items, that 30 or 50 plat they may be offering you is insignificant to them.

It's like giving a couple bucks to a kid in an undeveloped country, nothing to you but big to them. It's all about perspective. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

OK will do.

But I think I'm good now. I sold 1 stack of bone chips and from Kobolds I got lots of vendor trash that I have now over 20 platina and about to ding 8. So I probably have for most important spells for playing 8-11 harvesting CB belts which i will use for leveling.

At lvl11 I will go to Minotaurs, I tried with my Druid on Green and no problem, Magician should be even easier. There drops axes for 3 platina. Those axes should give me platina for lvl 12 spells. After that, I'm good, then money gets easier. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Besides, I have stack or two of bone chips and spider silk with me, just in case I see someone buying them... [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Only plebs on blue think it is better so of course they will say it is, this is even posted in the blue forum so DUH. The real way to see what the p99 community likes better is to look at the numbers and green has a bigger playerbase. Hell most of the p99 community doesnt even come to these forums to begin with so just read the numbers, they dont lie.

Well, the question wasn't which one is better. I tried to figure out, if it is worth starting a toon on Blue also.

In my case, it is. Leveling is easier/faster, since there is less competition for good spots. I will play on both and you can play on Green only and we are all happy [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

How quickly things change! I worried that I will not be able to get money for spells. But then i sold stack of bone chips. And kobolds gave me several cracked staves. Then I went to Orc (CB) to get belts for leveling up. I didn't expect there would be any belt buyers. Wrong!

I'm now just about to ding lvl11 at Minotaurs and I have over 90 platina already. Enough for lvl12 spells and then some. And after that i can harvest sisters. And no camping problems, cool ;-)

Today I loaded custom ui skin, QQUI. Boy, how nice it is! Semi transparent, much more efficient space, basically it is gorgeous, you can see the whole screen even with all windows displayed, and I can finally read the text. It is just perfect. Someone put a lot of work & thought into this one. Great work, thank you! Makes me want to play blue only. And I have 3 toons on green and only one on blue.

Btw, default/original one, has meditate button. I was clicking that button to mediate for many levels. Only with new skin I've learned I didn't have to...

I can see exactly how much XP I'm getting per kill, to evaluate if I'm doing more damage than my pet. percentages instead of numbers, just perfect!

I'm going to miss this UI on green now...

p.s.
Looks like there are few other custom UI available. I'm using QQUI for casters. Is there any one better for casters than this one? Hard to believe that anything could be bettered. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

p.p.s
Oooo, there is a fork of QQUI? Gotta check this one out!

For me it was mainly that, after a year on Blue, my two main guys were finally starting to get geared and leveled to where they were a ton of fun to play when green launched. To restart on Green would have required another year to get back to where I was having a really good time with it again. I wanted to try new classes and new zones, and I'm still able to do that on Blue.
