Mobs healing through walls in Siren's Grotto

They weren't healing through walls this bad a couple of weeks ago. It is now impossible to for me to kill the walrus/manatees/sea elephants now at the WW zone line.

It's possible that there are just more healers spawned nearby now. What you can do is go to where the healer mobs are and clear them until they respawn as non healing mobs, then go back to where you were without mobs getting healed.
