Wish we knew what the details of this were. Sounds like the GM probably told OP he technically can’t camp all the Gnolls in that area (outdoor zone) and has to share. People seem to forget that’s actually what the rule is and that what players consider as normally a camp doesn’t really matter in an outdoor zone if other people want to XP in that spot too

Oh, ya. I bring up this rule whenever I want to make someone camping the front two ice giant spawn mad. I always say, check out the getting started thread on forums. Rogean wrote it pretty clearly.
