There seems to be some confusion over this.
Training mobs to west exit of tov is allowed if the purpose is to pull Ikatair, train out for Doze, HoT mini's etc. You will need to take the train to the exit and not flop/gate out if the intent is to kill someone trying to pvp you.
Intentionally training mobs without the purpose of a pulling & killing one of the targets would not be allowed if the intent is to train people in the zone or block them from using the exit pad.
