So the two characters mentioned above are now unlocked again but a third character seems to be newly bugged. Is the lockout supposed to be to the minute or is it just to the date? I looted just after midnight last Thursday AM PST and when I checked this morning (for science) I was still locked out (7 days +8 hours). I suppose it could unlock after midnight but who knows.
