Can we get Clarification on the new ZEMs?

i think it used to take like 10 mobs to get to level 2 in a newbie zone with a 75 modifier. seems like it could be an easy way to test it

I don't believe that's how project 1999 ZEMs work. The list I've seen is shown as ALL zones are at 100% and the ones who actually have the experience % boost (ZEM) go up from there. I.e mistmoore with 120% ZEM so in theory MM gives an additional 20% experience. Im not sure where youve read your info or if my information is wrong.

EDIT I just noticed there was a patch lol.
