I made all the adjustments you have suggested, i still get crashes, i don't know if it's a windows 10 thing. The biggest issues for me are in the Overthere tunnels, and when i zone into Neriak (where im bound), the game freezes up 50% of the time. I've already made posts about it, nobody from P99 ever addresses it, there may just not be a fix because they do not have very stable servers period. Maybe one day they can upgrade to stabilize things and make things run more smoothly.

Then again, P99 has been up for like what, 10+ years? So yeah, doubt they will ever do anything to upgrade the performance of the game.
