Housing is starting to slow down because of this as well. The only job site that has not seen a slow down is the new NFL stadium that needs to be finished in a couple months.

If this Corona virus extends for a couple months and the state or government doesn't help out, I expect the market to crash out there due to people losing their houses from the sudden stop of their local economy.

If you want to buy, I'd wait a couple months as this crisis hits them hard. It won't be 2008 levels where you could buy a new house with a pool for $85,000, but I'd expect a 25-30% pricing dip at least.
OMG thanks for that advice. I know in china and south korea I think, not sure what the other country was. But, it's starting to taper off.... so like it's expected a 2 month deal, and then pass. Also, it's getting summer time. That small recession is something to notice importantly however. I remember the recession, it hit right after my 1st enlistment, I quickly rejoined the army, after not even being able to get a job at McDonalds. I did however find a job eventually changing oil, at walmart, but it took me 2 months, with perfect military record, and a hard working man. Shit's sad.

I really don't know what to do then besides wait 2 months and figure it out. I'm an extremely good cook however. Surely I would only have to wait like 1 week to find a job out there. Honestly I didn't know how paranoid people are out there, but maybe this is a blessing in disguise. I mean in 2 months, they may be screaming for people, as people who had pushed back their trip to Vegas are just now able to go again, or for the first time. Just my 2 copper.
