I get this same issue when I try to load the game at work. The work around was tethering to my phone and then I had no issues. From talking to others about it, the issue is ISP related.

This fixed it. I tethered to my phone and was able to get in finally. Not sure why my ISP doesn't work with it now as it was working all this time before. Guess I'll have to tether from now on.
