Ruby BP /List Camp not being cleared.

If the ph/named isnt killed in 20 mins of spawning the list drops whoever is in #1. If you cant solo the camp or get people to help you, you dont deserve the loot, simple. Only potential issue i see with this rule is people training the camp hoping to get people to drop. Just create an area around the list camps that easily identifies anyone bring mobs into this zone and harshly punish trainers (which would be easy to identify cause of the no train zone created)
