For me I also found that this was a Firewall issue. I disabled my firewall and was able to get the full list of servers as normal.
For me, disabling firewalls didn't bring back the server list [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Serves me right for ever logging out.

This issue looks to be ISP specific. I am unable to see any servers on Comcast, but my Verizon connection allows me to play fine.
Charter Spectrum showed no server list.

I tethered my old crappy laptop with verizon and saw the million LOCKED servers. But when scrolling down I then could find the real servers and get back online.

Hey /list people - now may not be a good time to swap players! Lol.

Wonder if this is related to the DDOS that caused problems for north american (and some other) players in Eve Online for the last 10 days.

No server list, worked just last night. This is not a local issue.

Also last night all those Legend servers or whatever were LOCKED.

Is P99 down for the count?

If indeed ISP specific, can add Spectrum (Charter Communications) to the list.

Yeah, when I got LOCKED servers I could scroll down to connect. But when I had no list at all, the scroll buttons were greyed out.
