Okay so I managed to scrape together my life savings to buy a haste item for my ranger. I was debating for like 2 weeks between a mith 2h and an fbss. Went with the mith 2h. I didnt even think to check, I just god damn assumed rangers could use it cause apparently I'm retarded.
