What really happened is that I was killing that whole area for over an hour before this group showed up. When they did, I backed off a bit and let them set up shop for exp. But that wasn't good enough for them. They wanted the whole thing including Garanel and spent a solid twenty minutes shit talking me in /tell and /ooc for being a no skill mage, an asshole, and so on. I ignored them, but then they brought their whole group to my camp and tried to outright KS a Garanel spawn from me. But I'm a high level mage, so I outdamaged them and still got the kill and pissed them right off, I guess.

That's when I started killing their mobs. Not because I wanted to, but because I'd simply had enough of being treated rudely when I didn't do anything to deserve it.

Except that isn't accurate at all. We were camping basement the entire time, we were also pulling Magi/Hand/Bar because there wasn't a FP group in place. When the FP group got in place we continued to pull those rooms because they were leaving the entire rooms up for 5+ minutes and had nobody in those rooms, so they weren't theirs. Snorkler was a friend of someone in one of those groups and he decided he was going to come get some revenge on us. Don't act innocent, you said you were doing it unless we stopped pulling upstairs, logs don't lie.

100%. The guy was in Unrest camping the Priest of Najena. I Lso have logs of him doing that if you need evidence, he had camped it for around 8 hours and it spawned while he was afk and the
FP group took it from him. I guess rather then taking his frustration out on them he took it out on us the next day.

You can argue whether we were doing something wrong by pulling the upstairs mobs (basically everyone I've ever spoken to says Magi/hand/bar are not owned by FP unless they camp in that room), but Snorkler was literally just holding basement mobs hostage (other then Rucksif, we didn't care about that, plenty of basement groups lose out on Rucksif) as a way of trying to stop us from pulling the upstairs.

Which, for the record we did stop that morning soon after once FP was actually established and clearing.
