There are so many ways to answer but I'll just say. Yes it can run this EQ version, I would just buy an extra 500GB+ SD Hard drive, remove that 80 GB. Get the Free windows 10 boot from USB from their website. If the copy of 10 is legit on that Computer it'll reload windows from scratch and you'll have no need to worry. The office is another story all together if you want a legit copy then id get the Office key number from buyer or if it's on the case even better. reload that from a copy you can get from microsoft for free, then put in the code to unlock it. you might have to do some Google magic if your unlearned in those.
easy way if you trust the buyer then just reset windows 10 but keep all apps, if the seller didn't just to that to somewhat protect their information.
easier way is just to use it and see what you'll need from there. Id still suggest getting something that has an ATI or Nvidia card in it. I have played p99 on a smart book back in 2011, it was trash but it worked.
