Yeah but never for an hour. Maybe 3-5 attempts before it goes through. Dunno keep trying.

Could be your internet connection, but I think I read something awhile go this was happening to people until they logged onto like a blue char, camped then went back to green and everything was fine. You might need to do a fresh install and it might fix it. Can give the log onto a blue char first then green.
