There used to be an annoying bug that would clip the end character on your text, so PST would be good padding to eat that. But I haven't seen that bug in a while.

I think he is referring to when you spread your cheeks as you sit down but sometimes you do so unevenly, and you shit up 1 cheek more than the other.
