This obsession over a manastone is ridiculous, the item is practically useless once kunark comes out, even on my wiz i never wasted time porting back to classic zone spamming stone then gating back, not worth the time when i could just be relaxing while i med, only true morons would waste hundreds of thousands of plat on this item just to say they had one, its been 2 decades, there are tons of manastones in the EQ world, they arent special anymore.

Same with that DE mask. I just don't see the value, but I also don't have a hard on for DE models. I suppose it allows you to vendor and bank in Neriak and maybe Oggok? Grobb? Sure. I get it. Jboots on the other hand, I did wait my 20+ hours to get a pair. I will not do it again I'm sure I'd buy MQ or camp AC when that change happens. It was a miserable camp, and I didn't have a lick of fun.
Guise has a super legit utility for troll/ogre being able to self shrink and shrink in outdoor flagged zones. That never goes away, and neither does the fashion/novelty of having one for the illusion alone in the coming years. Totally worthwhile item compared to overhyped MS and dumb Rubi BP.

I made a literal killing off this guy early on teal launch when he was buying CB belts and pads for double the market rate. Not sure if he was aware but I was happy to oblige lol
I am sure he was just trying to seem like a nice guy after all the KSing he was reported to be doing in Warrens on Teal.

What are your thoughts on this, should it be cool for a guild to have a shared toon that they use to camp items like manastone, offering DKP to camp it?

You people are so over-socialized. It would never even occur to me to think I should have some influence on how some guild I'm not in hands out DKP. You people need to break the chains that enslave your mind.

Seal Team does this with "Mannastone" on teal.
They as in a collective group is all playing on one toon?

Do you base it of facts like you saw with your own eyes members of whatever guild doing these things?

Seems like people think guilds are one massive hive mind.

I have multiple toons on both Teal and Green and join any guild that invites me as I leveled. I know for a fact 95% of the time it's a bunch of randoms who have no clue what each other is doing. So you might see one guy do something stupid and it gets a blanket accusation like the guild as a whole is also part of it.

I think you just have A-holes in all games but that does not mean everyone in the game is like minded.

or he had a collective amount of plat and spending 1000 plat to be able to get on all lists as #1 or #2 is worth it.

Better question for analysis would be, why wouldn’t this be cool?

Seemingly doesn’t violate any of P99’s rules. It’s not considered boxing. If anything it’s account sharing, which historically hasn’t been illegal or something to be frowned upon. Ultimately it still comes down to peoples TIME being spent doing something. If you’re on a /list and have put in the requisite time required to obtain an item (and subsequently get the drop), there’s no reason you shouldn’t be rewarded for that item. Regardless of the circumstances behind you being on that list, everyone is for all intents and circumstances just another name on the list moving up pegs as they become available.
