Spells: Level 44 pet summon lvl range was wider before December 2000 era

Judging by the magecompendium statistics table here, all the other pets follow a 5-level spread, both before and after the 44 pet. I suspect there was also a 5 level spread on the 44th pets, meaning they could be from 33-37. See attachment.

Would also fit the weirdness of identical-level pets having different max damages for the 44th pet row.
