Get a sow, run down the dunes/steep hills. Nice small bumps that shouldn't get you killed. Bind back to 50%, do it again.
If you are/know a necro/shaman you can also have them lich/cannib down to low health and then you can bandage them back up. Try it in EC, some bored seller/buyer may be willing to help you out and you may also find a mage willing to summon you some free bandages.
