One of this quest's dialogues is given if you turn in the Huge Mushroom Head for the Froglok Skin Mask quest with insufficient faction:

Treskar says, 'Me change mind! Me want total of THREE ogre black shadow tunics. Ha Ha! And you also pay two gold for Nightkeep tax! Ha! Ha!"
