I was KOS to Barbarian village in West Karana, so I’m assuming KOS to Halas.

Didn’t venture to faydwer yet. Assuming KOS there too.

Freeport Caster guild is KoS to you so be careful.

And you should be able to buy spells from Temple of Marr
