This is what I did for my "twink" Druid.
I purchased CB belts and got him to lvl 14 in one day. He used armor from belt turn in and he as a fine steel wep. At 14 he can semi tank but some mobs are hitting too hard and best to charm/snare kite.
Wis rings, Wis neck, I snagged up a screaming mace for him from Crushbone and Wis shoulders from Warlord bracer turn in.
Essentially he was made purely from Crushbone.

How many CB belts? And did you start turning them in at level 1?
