Blood ember vs darkforge

is it really worth it to upgrade from Darkforge armor to Blood ember armor for a SK? the AC gains do not seem all that much to warrant the time or money to upgrade, but to be fair I never really played a SK in kunark either.

are there any other options for SK armor in kunark outside of raiding / planes?

My SK is in mostly Darkforge at 38 and I have to say I don't think I need to upgrade yet but I'm not too knowledgable or rich enough to think about blood ember items. Ignorance is bliss!

Blood ember sucks outside of just carrying it around for the clicky shit. You could easily wait till you have some more cash then get blood ember gear.

Compared to Darkforge , Blood ember blows it away when tanking. If you were swapping out Umbral it's a bit of give and take.
