NPC Spawn Issue: Alicia Starshimmer missing

She is one of two merchants in the game that sells enchant metal spells. Per the wiki she is not in the south felwithe chanter guild. I found a previous report from 11/1 but it was put in the velious bug area.

wiki location: 607, -935
The southern room has 2 npc, the northern room only has 1 and the spot that is empty is her picture spot/map mark.
This is on teal.

They are though? I went to get the spell so I could enchant platinum for a platinum star ruby veil and ended up wasting time and money for the port because she was not there. I ended up using one of the jewelcrafter's enchanted bars. I assume you have to go to neriak for the spells.

OP is talking about Enchant Silver/Electrum/Gold/Platinum. Soronil is talking about Enchant Steel. :thumbsup:
