I think Kor shamans are the lowest hp/lvl mobs to kill in the zone. You'll probably only see a couple near the zone in and zone out. Venture any farther and the kors disappear.

I know for a fact it dropped on some higher frogs.
I don't think its the same level ones that were at the entrance? Pretty sure it was a shaman Down the water tube towards track .. underwater cave to the large room with 4 "cells" attached. it really wasn't that rare! I personally saw 3 drops on live and the damn things were only 25k plz fix ur drop rates
