If you train more than once in a hour then you are trying to do something more than you can handle. Go to a easier spot/place. It's always the same groups/people who are training every few minutes. They think they are still on blue and twinked out.

I yell train when there is no train. I have three very apologetic macros that I use to spike up the excitement level once in a while.
