I'm poor as shit on Blue. I'm not really concerned about what happens if Green merges with Blue down the road. I'm more concerned about the health of the new server over the next 4-5 years before we see a merge into Blue.

I'm not a tunnel quester. I have no intent of listing for any legacy items. I might do J Boots since it seems like it might be easier than camping the AC lol, but other than that I'm not trying to like defend some prestige items or plat hoard I'm trying to get. The more plat comes into the system, the more inflation you have and the more things start to cost, which makes it harder for non-neckbeard plat farmers to be able to afford things.

Yeah. You're so right. Boxing on red and blue, one PVP and one PVE, which will never be merged, is the same as boxing on teal and green, which are both PVE and in a short timeline and which will merge together in the future.

And not being able to box once they merge will magically undo the creation of items, plat, and alts the moment the merge happens. Of course. How could I be so stupid?

Honestly I'd just log in and enjoy the process of leveling a character, it is what it is with however it goes... have fun with the game and as long as you're doing that, the rest doesn't seem so bad <3

The Blue merge isn't confirmed and is also 4-5 years down the road. By that point, the economy of both servers will be inflated anyway so the merge won't matter. A server merge in the next several months for Green and Teal while people farm plat on both up until that point is a much different and more significant issue than Green potentially merging with Blue several years from now.

Just kind of loling at everyone who demanded a new server and is now outraged that people are going to take advantage of the opportunity to play on both simultaneously, as though this is a huge surprise that wasn't brought up in the initial server split discussions.
