I don't know the proper respawn times but Ice Goblins in Everfrost seemed to respawn fairly quickly. Fast enough that I was splitting a camp with another guy without impacting our personal EXP gains by grouping.

Logged in this morning for 20 minutes. 36 people in Butcherblock. I killed more mobs in 20 minutes than I did yesterday in 2 hours. It was glorious.
