Real talk: you're pretty bad if you can't figure out a few spawn points and lock them down. It's not like you can kill more than a few level 1s per minute anyway until you're high enough to leave the noob area.

We're running a full group in Nektulos forest and basically chain killing mobs with zero downtime. Level 2-4 group currently

THIS, is how I leveled faster than 90% everyone else.
Just watching where things popped in an area. and coordinating ontop of them.

It was not easy at first,. honestly I struggled at first.
