Then the question is do you see yourself soloing often? +5 Int +10stam
Grouping most of the time? + 10 stamina.
If the character isn't a serious long term character but just one for having fun, just putting them all into strength is fine, too. (after the 5 agility of course)

Rallos zek is probably the most favorably looked upon "evil" god by the "good" races, so you'll have a bit easier getting your faction out of KOS in most places.
