NPC Spawn Issue: aqua goblin marauder

I think the camp originally didn't have level 17 aqua goblin wizards(which it has now) and was just a level 5-12 camp of aqua goblins though... there goes my idea of farming unreal plat off level 10 mobs in bbm lol... should probably have never be added to the game anyway. super easy plat
