NPC Spawn Issue: Cyclops (AC ph) in OOT too strong

Just did this for a few hours tonight. Im a 44 magician and my brother 44 enchanter did it. He is stupid hard compared to seafuries.

Another issue I had -- I camped the AC several times on live back around 1999-2001 eras, I always did the OOT spawn. I recall it being the only spawn on the island (not including the vendor), static and 6 minute respawn. Here it is a 22 minute respawn and it is a HUGE undercon.

I am uncertain id be able to solo it as a 44 mage (not including chaining pets...)

I know for a fact that this was not anywhere near a 22 minute spawn in the past.
