This UI is killing me.....

The transparent UI gives me a headache. But the ui that is loaded when you /load default isn't that bad at all. It's functionally the same but not transparent. I have no problem with it at all.

It’s crazy to me how many people complain about this UI but were using some heinous looking UI on Blue like Vurt or Duxa.

people constantly complaining about badly designed features until they are changed is mayhap most classic thing of all

One day the loot window and bags will all be marble... Merchant, quite a few windows hopefully will all eventually be marble, so most of the transparent windows will be reduced. If that helps.

This seems to be a common misconception. I had it too, but I started in Velious so I have an excuse (when I played F10 did alternate between UI mode and no-UI mode, just like it does today on Blue). All y'all who actually played in classic, what's your excuse? [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Seriously though, in classic apparently if you pressed F10 you actually saw something fairly close to the current Green UI. It's just that (I guess) most people didn't try pressing F10 in classic.

I used to play in fullscreen mode while my best friend and partner in norrath used fullscreen and I used to call him old man all the time. We were like 12 lol

The only place you would see that is during fullscreen mode.

I wish they made a floating inspect item window with it for the old days. (inspecting an item would flop your UI to fulls screen mode)

Funfact: our inspect window is custom as it is now, so perhaps the community will one day get to vote on keeping the custom transparent inspect item window, or swapping to a custom marble inspect item window with parchment on it like our spellbook window...
