The error message only started for me with the latest files. The error might have been there, but the message is new.

Also, the errors and the warning message seem to be separate. As I wrote:

Also there is nothing except "UIErrorLog created at Sun Oct 13 08:04:02 2019" in my UIErrors.txt files.

... but I was seeing the warning in-game.
