That's not why he said that. Blue is going to become the server that is not very close to classic once green launches and becomes even more classic than we imagined.

So with the quality of life changes that will remain on blue, it will make it like WoW is to EQ overall.....easier!

I am fine with that... most of the stuff they are doing on green is fluff.

The way you say this makes me think you never knew what classic actually ways. Groups to be found everywhere, packed dungeons with lists a mile long, very few twinks. Green promises to deliver on an experience unseen perhaps since it it truly occured. Even the Blue will not have been what is planned for green.
