Trying to come back but resolution issues are killing me

If you're playing in a window, reduce your max resolution by a few pixels in either direction or screwy stuff happens.

These are my 1440p settings:

Also, do yourself a favor and do the extra legwork to get winEQ up and running. IntegerScaler is also a fun (albeit unnecessary) option for playing in an upscaled window.
